In the press conference on Dec 3, Ma Long said table tennis Team China and Team Hong Kong have a good friendship.
At Tokyo Olympics Games, Team Hong Kong rooted for them as spectators. Team Hong Kong women’s team got a bronze medal for the first time. He hoped that table tennis and sports will become more popular in Hong Kong.

Will Ma Long retire after the Tokyo Olympics 2020
Hong Kong visit ended. Ma Long said he felt the support from Hong Kong citizens and he enjoyed dim sum a lot. When asked about the next plan, he said he has no plan to retire soon.
As for Paris Olympic Games, he said he will work hard to pursue the dream. He will keep his motivation, confidence, and desire for victory alive.
